Rates

Rates charged will vary depending on:

• How far the engineer is from the location
• The time of day or night
• If it's a special holiday
• If it's commercial or domestic

There is no VAT or admin fees.

Parts are charged separately.

Second visits

If a second visit is required — for example because parts weren’t on the van or need to be ordered in — labour is charged for that visit, but there’s no additional call-out fee.

Cancellation policy

We operate a two-strike cancellation policy. If you book in a job and cancel on two separate occasions, we will no longer be able to book you in for a third visit. When we book jobs in, we set aside time — last-minute cancellations mean lost time.

Our engineers

All engineers are self-employed, hold their own insurance, and have the relevant qualifications.
